Congratulations, Christy McFarland (Norton)

Congratulations to Christy McFarland at Norton. She was just certified today as an OC.  Christy has been with Wendy’s for 16 years!  She is a huge part of our Norton team and we are so excited that she has taken this step. 

Christy said the leader who has had the most influence on her is her GM Nicole Newton. Christy has had many different GMs through the years and she said Nicole Motivates then to be better than they were the day before. Nicole doesn’t allow excuses and pushes them to be the best.
