Being able to see the effect that I have on my team as well as watching my GMs learn, stretch and grow within their roles.

In my short time with Wendy's, I would say my favorite days are when my superiors are with me. I always learn a lot and steal best practices!

What are the best skills you bring to your job?

My ability to speak to each person in a way that benefits them and doesn't leave them feeling defeated. My ability to teach the whys behind my coaching and articulate my expectations.
