Describe your favorite day while working at Wendy's

Can you remember a favorite day while working at Wendy’s? If so, describe why it was your favorite day. The day I became Wenco's Interm Director of Operations. I knew Chad's father was about to terminate the current Operator and that he was not considering me for the position. I called ken and asked if I could stop by his house because I needed to speak with him. Ken said, sure. I arrived and was a ball of nerves. He invited me in. I said, Ken, I know that you are replacing your Operator. I also know that you are not considering me but rather going to corporate to get a new Operator. I came here to ask you for an opportunity. I know I can do the job. I am not asking for a raise, a company car or any other added benefits. Just an opportunity to prove myself. Ken replied, Zane, you are right. I am replacing my Operator. I have not considered you. I know what it took for you to come and ask me for an opportunity. By coming to me and asking for an opportunity my respect for you just grew ten fold. I will give you the opportunity and name you my Interm Operator. No added benefits but the opportunity you requested. About six months later ken visited me while I was working in a restaurant. He stuck his hand out to shake hands. We shook while he said, thank you, you saved me from making a huge mistake. Congratulations. You are officially the Operator of my company.
